A problem was fixed with the FaceFX license system on certain regional locale settings. Computers with Arabic & Korean locale settings could check licenses out with the License Manager, but the license would not activate the product.
Commercial plugin users experiencing this problem would see the following message when trying to analyze an audio file:
"The license on this computer is invalid. Check the log file and online resources for details."
FaceFX Studio Professional users would see the following message when trying to open the program:
"This product is not licensed. Please use the FaceFX License Manager to license the product before continuing. Code 4"
Fixing the problem simply involves downloading the latest software, installing it (be sure to reinstall the License Manager, FaceFX Studio Professional, and the plugins), and then logging in with the new License Manger.
