Revoking FaceFX Studio checked out license

Hello,

I am working with another animator using 2 licenses of FaceFX Studio. Their hard drive just failed with one of the licenses checked out. Is it possible from the license manager to revoke their license so they can check out the licence on a new machine and continue working?
