Hi, I'm facing the issue as above.
This was after I lost my license on my machine after windows 10 was updated.
I've installed the updated licensing manager as referenced in this blog post. https://www.facefx.com/content/license-issues-windows-10
Now launching facefx license manager throws a code 4 error and I cannot log in via my licensing manager to manage licenses. Using the facefx license manager in any other machine nets me a code -2 error.
Would be good to get help here. Thanks
Ok, looks like I was able to log in. It was a capitalization issue, which still confuses me since I was able to log into the facefx.com with a differently capitalized name. Oh yea, using a new account to test here.
