Text is missing after analyse the audio file.

Hello,

I have processed one wav file (with a transcripted text file) in FaceFX Studio, but in the "Phonemes" Tab, under the sound graphic, I can see the phonemes, but not the text (in the sample sound files I can).

What could be happening with my actor? Is like FaceFX couldn't recognize the attached txt file.
