Can I add more mouth targets to FaceFX Studio 2013 for improving lipsync quality? I heard the older version of FaceFX has mouth targets more than 6 mouth targets(open, W, ShCh PBM, FV, wide).

Many quality issues are the result of bad targets, a poorly setup rig, or not using the correct text with good, clear, clean audio.
That said, some professional artists prefer using their own target sets. (For an example of one, see here: http://www.martinarts.com/speech_targets.htm) If you can easily get your content looking as good as the FaceFX sample content, but you want to push the quality further with your own target set, then yes FaceFX lets you do it. You will need to define the targets from the Mapping tab, specifying how each phoneme drives your targets ( http://www.facefx.com/documentation/2013/W86 )
If you can't get your content lip-synching as well as the sample content, then it is likely that the changing the target set will only make things more difficult for you.
